The Demons have been hurt twice by the minor premier’s rebound this season and O’Keefe is eager to prevent it from happening again.
“They have match-winners on every line but Glenrowan’s half-back line really hurt us in the previous game,” O’Keefe said.
“Luke Fox and Max Scott were two of their best players that day.
“It will be a big focus to even that up a bit.
“They load up and get a lot of attack from there.”
Milawa was easily beaten by Glenrowan in their first meeting this season but underlined its improvement with a six-point loss at Milawa last month.
Jack Stamp, Steve Williamson, John Conroy and Brandon Ryan will need to be at their best to taste victory.
“We have had one eye on it for a few weeks since the ladder sorted itself out,” O’Keefe said.
“It’s a huge advantage going straight through so we’ll see how we go.”
Glenrowan enforcer Karl Norman shapes as another obstacle for Milawa with the Tigers feasting off his dominance in the ruck and around the stoppages.
In Sunday’s first semi-final, Tarrawingee face a huge danger match against Bright.
The Mountain Men are playing their best football and look set to play opposition without some of its key players in Joel O’Keefe, Kyle Raven and Aaron Vihm.
