1. BEN JEFFERY
Jeffery’s dynamic running and goal kicking ability could be the difference between winning and losing. Expect the former NRL player to be prominent again at full-back. Sensational when in full flight.
2. DANIEL JACOBS
Has consolidated his place in first grade this season. An excellent finisher whose height and pace have made him very dangerous and difficult to contain.
3.CHRIS SEATON
One of the toughest players in the competition. Fears no one and runs like the wind. Big responsibility in defence curtailing Peter Little but a major threat in attack.
4. MITCH SEATON
Has had a few injury concerns during 2014 but is hitting top form when it counts. He and brother Chris are instrumental to the Thunder’s chance of winning.
5. HAYDEN SWEENEY
Arrived in Albury to attend CS Uni. Hails from Walcha. Got a start in first grade when injury struck down Lachie Hampton. Don’t blink, or you will miss him.
6. WILLIE HETA
Stood up when it counted last week and got Thunder into the decider. Has been targeted by the Bulls in every game this year and Sunday will be no different. Proven match winner.
7. CAMERON BRUEST
First year at the Thunder and has NRL experience. Oozes class and could be the X-Factor tomorrow. Great kicking game and he controls the left hand side of the Thunder attack.
8. ANDREW COWHAN
Has become one of the dominant front rowers of the competition. At 22, the best is still to come. His barnstorming running and brutal defence will be a highlight. Set to have a big impact.
9. ADAM COOTE
Recruited from Aberdeen to fill the dummy half role. Has really come into his own in the last three matches. A real threat in the ruck area and will need to be closely watched by the Bulls.
10. MITCH DAVIS
Returning to top form after an injury scare. Constant threat with the ball in hand. Will ensure the Thunder’s ruck defence is rock solid. Expect a big performance.
11. JAKE GRACE
Having an outstanding season and is the ultimate competitor. Forms a great combination with Cameron Bruest and will be a constant threat with his punishing running and ability to off load. Primed for a big one.
12. JON HUGGETT
Has been rock solid all season after a late start due to work commitments. Has an enormous work rate and will probably play the full 80 minutes. Guaranteed not to leave anything in the tank.
13. LOU GOODWIN
This will most likely be his final game for the Thunder before returning to Sydney to have another crack at the NRL. Injured late in the season but won’t let that stop him. No better player in the competition. A freakish player with all the skills.
14. JOSH REMINGTON
Has cemented his spot in first grade in 2014. Local youngster who doesn’t know his own strength. Will play plenty of minutes. Expect a huge contribution.
20. JOE SILAFAU
Has returned to the Thunder after two seasons in the NSW cup. An imposing figure with extraordinary pace for a big man. He should cause havoc with his dynamic running. Will need to bring his best defensive game to nullify the strong Bulls’ forward pack.
15: CHRIS MOSBEY
Missed 2013 and most of 2014 due to injury. Has had a major impact on his return with his tough defence and explosive ball carry. Huge bonus for the Thunder with big game experience.
16. RHYS DAWE
Reserve Grade Captain who has plugged holes when needed. Tough as they come and gives 100 per cent. Sure to have an impact if he gets out on the park.
17. REX SARGEANT
Has played big minutes off the bench in 2014. Local youngster who will play in the reserve grade grand final and back up for seniors. Elusive runner and copybook defender. Future star.
18. ELIJAH TIPENE
Has had a super season. His work ethic has been rewarded with regular first grade selection. Has been the utility to plug holes left by injury. Local player who will play in the reserve grade grand final before backing up for seniors
19. LACHIE HAMPTON
Played the majority of the season in first grade only to be hit by injury late. An aggressive player who is a powerful finisher. Has a bright future.
