When addressing bullying, NSW schools focus on helping the victim. They teach strategies on how to be resilient, how to avoid situations where a target of bullying might be trapped or isolated, and how to deal with recurrences, while also offering counselling. The title of one such program, emphasising the victim-first approach, is "Bounce Back".
