Three arrest warrants were issued for 24-year-old Rowan Stanley Weaver in Albury Local Court in May and September.
The warrants relate to traffic offences, intimidation offences, assault, aggravated break and enter and other charges.
Officers also want to question Weaver over other matters.
He is known to stay around Lavington and Springdale Heights and is believed to be receiving assistance from those close to him.
He is of Aboriginal appearance, is 160 to 165 centimetres tall, of thin build with brown eyes and black hair, and often has a beard.
Police warn members of the public not to approach Weaver and say people should instead phone Albury police on (02) 6023 9299 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
In related news, police raids have failed to find wanted man Santo Bonacci.
Officers from the Melbourne-based Fugitive Taskforce raided three homes in Myrtleford on Tuesday morning with local police.
The taskforce raided a priority house and Myrtleford officers targeted the two remaining homes, but the search failed to unearth Bonacci, who also goes by the name Sam.
Police say Bonacci failed to answer bail over about 500 infringement notices, and is also wanted over contempt of court charges.
Two warrants have been issued.
Bonacci has family in Myrtleford. He has an olive complexion, is 150 centimetres tall with shoulder-length hair and a grey beard.
