This house was built so intellectually disabled adults could live a life of some independence.

Surely living in suburbia does come with noise and most residents would know and accept this.

People live next door to continually barking dogs, chooks/roosters, hoons doing burnouts in their streets, kids playing and yelling in their pools/yards, motorbikes being ridden, loud music being played, etc. The list goes on.

If you expect complete quietness in a built-up area you are living in dreamworld.

Carol, how would you feel if it was your son/brother in this same situation?

Would you be so quick to judge and complain?

Surely there needs to be some understanding in this unusual case and thoughts for not only the young man who deserves to live in peace and harmony, but his family too.
