Retail manager Brian Chitty and truck driver Mal Beer said the fruit and vegetable company had changed significantly since they joined.
“There was no retail section here when either of us started,” Mr Chitty said.
“There were only about 12 to 15 staff, now we’re up to about 100.
“It was very small when we started and it’s grown to what it is now.”
Mr Beer said he was proud to reach the milestone.
“It’s been quite an achievement to make it so long in one industry,” he said.
“It’s good to be able to do a variety of things, making deliveries and pick-ups in the truck in different areas.”
Promotions and marketing manager Louise Arnold said both men were an important part of the business.
“We moved the business from Albury to Wodonga 34 years ago,” she said.
“They were younger and the business was much smaller back then.
“They’re an integral part of the business.”
Ms Arnold said it was common for employees to stay with the business for many years.
“They’re humble men and they do a great job,” she said.
“The business wouldn’t be what it is without them. They are part of the family.”
Ms Arnold said the company planned to celebrate the milestone, but said the details were being kept under wraps.
