More than 100 licensed junior riders will pedal into the final meeting of the eight-week series.
Starting at 10am, the event has been organised by avid mountain bikers Dylan Clift and Marcus Richardson, keen to pass on their passion for the sport to the next generation.
“It’s been a huge success,” Richardson said.
“We have three categories and four races, with little tykes on bikes in five-minute races up to 15-minute races for the oldest group.
“It’s not about where you come, everyone gets participation awards.”
Participants ranged from three to 12, with a new series already planned for next year, including for a junior section for 12 to 16 year olds.
“We really encourage anyone interested to come and watch,” Richardson said.
