This situation is not helped by the current and very strange classification of deer being deemed a “game species” when clearly they are a feral and introduced animal to the Victorian landscape.
My question then is directed towards the various political parties and candidates who are vying for government in Victoria, and that is: “What will you and your party do in the next term of government to rein in the feral deer population in our bush?”
