Kane Arendarcikas led the way for the Privates, taking 3-28 as the Hurricanes were bowled out for 116.
Ash Borella topscored with 31 and Trent Ball made 25.
Insight Clinic made 8-132 from its 20 overs with Kori Stevenson making 26.
Hurricanes’ James McNeil took 2-17.
Earlier, a David Farrell half-century handed the Linde Reds’ a win against 2AY Aces.
Farrell (56no) and veteran Andrew Lade (22) steered the Reds to a six-wicket win.
In-form East Albury star Cameron White bowled tightly for the Aces with 2-14.
Mick Walker (36) and AB Mackinlay (22) were the best of the 2AY batsmen. Chris Bridle took 3-11 and Liam Tobin 2-21.
