While I in no way doubt the accuracy of the article, I believe it does not fully document the Green’s position.
Green’s policy calls for a 50 per cent increase in all regional V/Line bus and rail services, a rapid replacement of out-dated rolling stock and urgent action to fix, for once and for all, the ARTC track fiasco that has dogged Albury-Wod-onga to Melbourne train services over the past six years.
