Quade and Liddle will join former teammate Roy Jaques when they set out win back-to-back Hume league premierships for the first time.
Their arrival brings the total of former Canberra players to 11 with Rand-Walbundrie having eight in its ranks.
The ACT is expected to be continued to be targeted heavily by Hume, Riverina and Farrer league clubs due to major player payment cuts in the nation’s capital.
Newly appointed Henty coach Josh Gaynor was rapt to trump a host of clubs chasing the talented pair.
“We’re over the moon to sign them and they will both be quality recruits,” Gaynor said.
“It’s fair to say a fair few clubs were interested but we were able to get them over the line after they previously played with Roy.”
Quade, 28, has captained Queanbeyan for the past eight seasons and notched 200 games with the Tigers earlier this year.
The key forward is a best and fairest winner, premiership player and NSW and ACT representative.
He is expected to help cover the loss of premiership forwards Ryan Hon (Albury) and Jason Brown (retired).
Liddle is a classy midfielder and also a premiership player who will help replace Swampies best and fairest winner Sam Murray, who has joined Wodonga Raiders.
Gaynor said he also expected Azzi medallist Jamarl O’Sullivan to remain at the club despite speculation about his playing future.
“We have been able to retain most of the list which was a priority,” Gaynor said.
“There is a strong bond amongst the playing group and they are keen to stick together and create a bit of history and become the first Henty side to go back-to-back in the Hume league.”
The Swampies have started non-compulsory training on a Thursday night before Christmas and won’t officially start pre-season training until the new year.
