From 4.30pm today, the gates will fly back on the bulls and broncos at the Rosewood rodeo, near Tumbarumba.
After that it’s a three-week break to Boxing Day and the Golden Spurs at Myrtleford that kick-starts a week of Border action.
Yarrawonga will be the venue for the next round of the Australian Professional Rodeo Association circuit on December 30, followed by Wangaratta on New Year’s Day for the Victorians and Tumbarumba for those north of the Border.
Finley will be rodeo central on January 2, while the action will again be split across the Murray River with Beechworth to hold its second ever rodeo on Saturday, January 3 and on the same day as Deniliquin’s rodeo.
