David Sinclair, Jason McPhail and Ken Jasper were all re-appointed to the board for a further two years on Monday night.
Darren Yates did not seek re-election.
Yarrawonga’s Andrea Jaques was voted to the board unopposed.
Three netballers were among those who will be recognised as life members next year.
Wodonga Raider Sue Truin and Kim Odewahn were nominated for special services to the league, while Wodonga Bulldogs Liona Edwards 250 game milestone qualified her for O and M life membership.
Re-elected board member Sinclair will also become a life member.
