Zoe Deacon, 14, picked up gold medals in 100 and 200-metre breaststroke as well as qualifying for the 200-metre individual medley final.
Ben Bayes-Smith, 15, also qualified in three finals with the talented youngster winning bronze in the 400-metre freestyle.
Club swimmers Harrison Lowe, Declan Herring, Mackensey House, Tiegan Shirley, and Georgia Stadelmann achieved personal best times with several setting national qualifying times.
Wodonga’s 12 and under girls team of Annie Marquison, April Monte, Isabella Plunkett and Sara Williams performed well in the 200-metre freestyle relay, improving their entry time by over two seconds.
Overall, the club ranked 12th in Victoria and was the second country club behind Traralgon.
Other Ovens and Murray swimmers who medalled at the championships were Will Elgin, who competed in three finals winning silver medals in the 100 and 50 metre boys 12 and under freestyle.
Elli Warren, 16, competed in nine finals, winning bronze in the 200 freestyle and 200 butterfly events.
