They were competing for $3000 in prizemoney, with the winning combination coming from North Albury.
There was early morning drizzle, but the weather cleared and the greens ran about 13 seconds with improvement as the day progressed.
The successful combination with four wins and plus 32 shots was Brett Furze, Eddie Simmons, Allen Ross and skip Stephen Broad.
A composite team of Don Driver (Kiewa), Phil Peers (Rutherglen), Mark and Stephen Coulston (Wodonga) managed second place with four wins and plus 15 shots.
They were followed by the local team of Pat Kane, Peter Murray, Colin Thiele and skip Peter Forck.
A strong Wagga RSL team of Ian Williams, Rob Marshall, Brett White and skip David Inglis dropped one game.
But they had a healthy margin of 35 shots with their three wins.
The Wodonga team of Bill Miller, David Broad, Hugh Coulston and Chris Bird finished in fifth place with three wins plus 25 shots.
