After spending the past two seasons playing under his good mate Jason Sheather at Tallangatta and District league club Thurgoona, Bush has decided to have a final tilt at the Ovens and Murray.
The veteran left-footer will be a valuable inclusion with Albury losing plenty of experience over the off-season.
“It’s great to get Bushy back to the club,” Tiger co-coach Chris Hyde said.
“He’s been a very good player and still has a lot to offer.
“We aren’t putting huge expectations on him or anything like that.
“You just want good people like Bushy at your footy club.”
Bush, 34, finished runner-up to Kade Brown in Thurgoona’s best and fairest last season playing mainly across half-back.
He had been targeted by several Hume league clubs since the end of last season.
Bush, right, looks set to bring up his 200th Ovens and Murray match this year after playing 84 matches for Albury and 113 with North Albury.
He played in the Hoppers’ 2002 flag and was in Albury’s premierships in 2010 and 2011.
Albury resumed pre-season training this week.
