Sandral, of Oaklands, made 18 runs and took 2-6 in the final against South East Sharks to set up a 49-run win.
Lucy Conn also played a major role with two direct-hit run-outs.
New City’s Maddison Baird was named player of the carnival with 161 runs and 16 wickets in a sensational all-round performance.
The team’s fielding separated it from its rivals and came only two years after several of the girls played in a winning under-14 line-up.
The North East Knights under-14 girls and under-18 boys also performed strongly.
The girls finished fifth in a hard-fought championship under coach Trevor Saker while Heath Naughton’s under-18s contested the quarter-finals.
