Needing to win to make the knockout rounds, the Knights batted knocked up at 5-144 from their 40 overs.
In reply, the Outer East Eagles collapsed from 3-72 to be all out for 88.
Belvoir opener Liam Ross was the rock in the Knights first innings with 48 from 88 deliveries in just over two hours at the crease.
But it was McIntosh with 3-6 and the run out of opener Jack Le Brun that steered the Knights into a quarter-final in Melbourne today.
In the Dowling Shield for under-16 players, superior percentage was enough to again get the Knights into the elimination rounds.
Wodonga’s Hudson Garoni continued his form, his 66 steering his team to 9-189.
In reply, the Outer East Eagles were bundled out for 100, with Jarrod Scammell and Wade King taking three wickets each.
