The result was a broken bedroom window near the neighbour’s front door.
A woman living in the house asked Graham why she had thrown the marbles and the response was: “Because I’ve had enough. I don’t care if I smash your windows”.
Solicitor Andrea MacDonald said in Albury Local Court yesterday that Graham had previously had items thrown at her house.
Ms MacDonald said rocks, stones, water bombs and plums had been thrown at Graham’s residence on several occasions during a dispute spanning six months.
Graham, 27, of Boomerang Drive, Lavington, pleaded guilty to charges of damaging property, malicious damage and intimidation.
She punched a television belonging to her de facto inside their house about 6.30pm on November 9 and then threatened her partner with a can of fly spray.
He left the house and contacted police a short time before Graham let fly with the marbles at the neighbour’s home.
Magistrate Tony Murray imposed fines of $300 each on the damage charges and put Graham on a 12-month bond.
