“It’s good to see the Labor government are wasting no time in upgrading country Victoria’s regional freight and level crossings,” VFF president Peter Tuohey said.
It follows the announcement from Premier Daniel Andrews to fast-track $35.8 million to strengthen 48 bridges in regional Victoria. “One of our top infrastructure priorities in our pre-budget submission was bridge-strengthening works to enable higher mass limits on B-Doubles,” Mr Tuohey said.
