Ambulance, police and firefighters were called to the school about 11.20am.
An Ambulance NSW spokesperson said the teenager had shown mild effects to a possible chemical reaction.
She was taken to Albury hospital in stable condition.
A Department of Education spokesperson said the girl was treated as a precaution.
