Two men were home when Albury police entered at 9am.
The pair, aged 33 and 31, who both lived at the address, were arrested after police found several illegal items, including what is believed to be methamphetamine.
Albury Inspector Tony Moodie said they also seized cannabis leaf, cash and a shortened .22 rifle.
The 31-year-old was charged with two counts of supplying a prohibited drug and possession of a prohibited drug.
The 33-year-old was charged with dealing with property suspected to be proceeds of crime, possession of a prohibited weapon and a prohibited drug.
Both were granted conditional bail.
