After being set 9-148 for victory, the Roos’ batting depth proved decisive with Mathew Gadd (42), Mitch Koschitzke (22), Ross Tulich (28), Adam I’Anson (27) and Daniel Heagney (22 not out) proving matchwinners.

In the other semi-final, Rand advanced to another grand final with a 45-run win over Burrumbuttock.
The Pigeons batted first and made 133 and Mark Kreutzberger (3-15), Brayden Ralston (2-21) and Will Swift (2-15) defended the total with ease.
