THE Roads and Maritime Services building in Albury is on the market after it was passed in at auction this week.

Andrew Dixon, from Albury’s LJ Colquhoun Dixon, said there were no bidders at the Tuesday auction in Sydney.
The NSW government building, on the corner of Hume and Macauley streets, includes a building area of 327 square metres, site area of 2494 square metres and on-site car parking.
The reserve is more than $800,000. From today, Roads and Maritime Services will be at 520 Smollett Street.
