Tossol played in three flags with the Hawks in 1991, 1993 and 1994 as well as representing the Ovens and Murray on 13 occasions.
He played 211 senior matches for the club and coached it in 2004.
Tossol also coached Corowa-Rutherglen to premierships in 2000 and 2003.
Flynn, who played 270 matches with Moyhu, has been a tireless worker for Wangaratta Rovers off the ground including an 18-year stint on the club’s board.
During that time he guided the Hawks out of financial trouble in 1997.
Club president Andrew Smith said Tossol and Flynn had given outstanding service at W.J. Findlay Oval.
