For many years now — at least 10 — I have needed to make train bookings at the Albury Railway Station.
There are generally the same two gentlemen there who provide customer service.
Without exception it has been a delight each time to witness their level of service to customers.
They both smile and engage customers in a cheerful, calm and personable manner.
I would like to say thank you to these two gentlemen for their fantastic people skills and consistent commitment to service; it has not gone unnoticed and is very appreciated.
