Agents have started the hunt for the buyers of the renovation rescues in swish South Yarra.
The three-bedroom properties from the Channel Nine program were freshly listed this week.
Viewers are catching up, with current episodes focusing on kitchens - the only major rooms left to make-over. The internal stairs and terraces are all that is then left to complete.

Next season, The Block returns to Prahran to renovate the old Hotel Saville on Commerical Road, near the corner of Punt Road.
The eight-level, octagon shaped motel is infamous in Melbourne as the scene of a murder in 2002 by a self-proclaimed vampire gigolo.
The show's production team purchased the property at 1-5 Commercial Road, and a carpark, for $7.3 million in June last year.
