That's the question we're asking after news hit the nation this week that the NSW town of Nyngan has plans to create a "Big Bogan".
The giant statue is the latest to join the long-held Aussie tradition of using "big" things to promote its towns and cities.
The most famous is arguably the Big Banana in Coffs Harbour but there's more than 150 oversized items altogether, including the:
- Big Ant (Broken Hill)
- Big Beer Can (Cobar)
- Big Deck Chair (Winton)
- Big Miner's Lamp (Lithgow)
- Big Scotsman (Adelaide)
- Big Macadamia Nut (Nambour)
- Big Mower (Beerwah)
- Big Paper Clip (Brisbane)
There's even a Big Poo in Kiama!
So, we're putting it to you.
If we were to get something "big" for Albury, Wodonga, Wangaratta, Yarrawonga or any of the other towns across the Border, what would it be?
