Charles Joseph, 60, was last seen by his wife at a home he was renovating in Gralen Street, Wodonga, on April 15.
His wife visited him at the house about 3.30pm and returned at 10.30pm after he failed to return to Lavington.
There was a possible sighting of Mr Joseph at in Hay about 10.40am on April 18, captured by security cameras.
There have also been unconfirmed reports Mr Joseph had been travelling to northern NSW or the Northern Territory.
Vicki Joseph said she was unsure if the man filmed at the Hay business was her husband.
“We’re no closer to understanding what’s happened,” she said.
“Please, make contact with us just to let us know you’re OK.
“If he’s safe and sound then he just needs to make contact to let us know.
“Everyone is absolutely devastated because there is no news.
“When you don’t know if someone is dead or alive ... when they disappear off the face of the earth it just devastates you.”
Mrs Joseph said her husband had a son in the Northern Territory but said she couldn’t remember the name of the town he lived in.
She said there was no reason he would go missing and said it had not happened before.
“I’m just begging him if he’s out there to please contact someone, either myself or the police or anybody,” she said.
“He can just ring or come home.”
The couple have been married for five years and have lived in Lavington for that time after moving from Tasmania.
Police have not been treating the matter as suspicious.
Albury Acting Inspector Angus Longley said police had not had any recent updates.
“We still just want to locate him and speak to him,” he said.
Mr Joseph’s car, mobile phone and wallet were left in Wodonga.
