A live telecast of the final concert, featuring Down Under entrant Guy Sebastian, will be aired on a big screen direct from Vienna.
Those attending are being encouraged to dress up for the contest, which is famous for its kitsch flavour.
Australian broadcaster SBS will have a crew at the library to reflect the Border interest in the competition, which is marking its 60th anniversary.
For the first time Australians will be allowed to vote for their favourite acts during the live telecast.
The Albury event will be free but those attending need to book online through trybooking.com/Booking/BookingEventSummary.aspx?eid=138133 to allow organisers to cater for numbers.
