Stephen Hoiles says stoppages 'a blight on the game' after Waratahs win

Waratahs veteran Stephen Hoiles has blasted the growing use of video replays to scrutinise incidents, warning that rugby is going down the path of the NFL with frequent stoppages threatening the flow of the game.
