Most of the charges against Heather, 29, of Feathertop Circuit, involve drug supplying with some of the offences being indictable.
One of the charges relates to Heather supplying 11.55 grams of ice between April 27 and May 6.
Magistrate Tony Murray ordered the preparation of a police evidence brief by July 14 and the charges were adjourned until July 27.
But Heather pleaded guilty to six charges previously laid against him and due for mention in court next week.
The charges of possessing equipment to administer a drug, possessing a prohibited drug, two counts of administering a prohibited drug and two counts of supplying a prohibited drug have been adjourned for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
The court was told in police facts that officers stopped a vehicle in Bogong Street at Thurgoona on May 6 following surveillance of a known drug location.
Some of the people in the car were known to police through alleged drug involvement.
They were told by the officers that the car was going to be searched and Heather immediately became nervous.
His hands were shaking constantly and there was a nervous tone in his voice, but no drugs were found on him.
A check on his mobile phone revealed content relating to drug matters indicative of him being involved in supplying.
Heather admitted helping out mates with the supply of cannabis.
A further check of the phone showed communication between Heather and associates about firearms with a picture of a gun on the phone.
Police used a hand-held recorder when speaking to Heather and he admitted providing cannabis to two friends in recent months and smoking the drug at home.
Heather was arrested and police searched his residence finding closed circuit cameras, ice pipes, a water pipe, tick lists with names and numbers, a white crystal substance, empty resealable bags and a small amount of cannabis leaf and seeds.
