The television cooking program filmed the segments with contestants and judges in February during a two-day visit.
Tourism North East chief executive Sarah Quon is hopeful the exposure will boost visitor figures.
“The MasterChef episode set in the King Valley will showcase our region as one of Australia’s top food and wine destinations to a significant audience,” she said.
“It’s wonderful to see marketing opportunities of this scale come to fruition through involvement from Tourism Victoria, Tourism North East and local council partners and businesses.”
King Valley winemaking families will have varietals featured, while Milawa cheese, Myrtleford butter and Beechworth honey will also make appearances.
