And you can have one too once he launches his new smartphone app to help students organise study timetables.
The 16-year-old has been developing apps for about six years but is hoping My Study Buddy will be the first one he releases.
His app will give people an opportunity to create study timetables and will be a place to store class notes.
The app will also automatically organise a study timetable for students who don’t establish their own.
“If there are kids who are bright but don’t have the motivation to study or don’t know how, they can click on the app and it’s right there,” Lachi said.
“It breaks it up into subjects and shows you what you need to study each night.”
Lachi said he had looked for ones similar to help himself.
“I couldn’t find anything and neither could my friends,” he said.
“So I thought I’d take matters into my own hands.”
Lachi needs to raise $5000 to make My Study Buddy available on the app store and pay for a
designer and hopes to launch it in three to five months.
