Trent Mitvalsky made a brief appearance in Albury Local Court on Monday to face several drugs charges.
Mitvalsky pleaded guilty to several counts of possessing a prohibited drug, with three of the charges amended.
Two counts of supplying or knowingly take part in the supply of a prohibited drug were withdrawn, as were two supply charges.
These were replaced by one new supply charge.
The court was told that Mitvalsky, 31, of Alma Road, St Kilda, and two women he met two days before were pulled over by police as their white van headed along Lower River then Tuppal Road near Tocumwal on November 21 at 8.15pm.
The driver told police she was heading to the Strawberry Fields festival.
After being told the van would be searched, Mitvalsky removed a medium-sized plastic bag containing cannabis from his pants.
Mitvalsky also had 14 paper LSD tabs in his wallet and six LSD sugar cubes in a blue duffel bag.
He will be sentenced at the District Court sittings to start in Albury on November 9.
