The Blues also took out club of the year and a new award for player of the year.
Just one vote separated two A Grade defenders with Cudgewa's Malory Nankervis, narrowly defeating Corryong's Sallie Findlay.
Nankervis said it was a nerve-racking wait before the announcement.
“She is a goal defence too and she is an excellent player, there's no one I'd rather be in closer competition with,” Nankervis said.
“We were up and down all night, it’s always pretty exciting to know you're up there.
“I try to play my best each week, it's not necessarily something I was aiming for.
“One of her team mates started to get a lot of votes toward the end of the season and so did my sister.”
The win was a solid come-back for Nankervis who returned to the club after spending a season in the Tallangatta league.
She also won the Netball Player of the Year award decided by the coaches and received a cheque for $500 and a trophy.
Cudgewa's Cheryl Evans was a stand-out in the B grade taking out best and fairest by 10 votes.
C grade's Natasha Tregilgas won the tally with 16 votes, closely followed by Elaine Obran with 13 votes from Corryong.
In the D grade, Hannah McCallum received the top award with 25 votes.
