Despite the club being under pressure to stay under the player points cap for next season, the league’s big improver has also tied up Ross Tungatalum, Steve Jolliffe and Jack Di Mizio.
Football manager Dave Nichol said the quartet had always been priorities.
“It’s crucial for us going forward,” Nichol said.
“They give us a real launching lad.
“Even though Todd missed a few weeks through injury, he’s been fantastic and it was great to get a commitment from him the other night.
“Todd can play outside or inside and you know will get a contest.
“He’s the complete professional.”
Wodonga Raiders’ biggest injury concern for Saturday’s qualifying final against Lavington at Bunton Park is full-forward Jake Goldsmith.
He came off injured with a corked thigh against Yarrawonga last weekend and will undergo a fitness test.
