Sandral finished with a staggering 42 votes, one more than CDHBU’s Cameron Wilson.
Rand-Walbundrie ruckman Mitch Thomas was a vote further back on 40.
Sandral picked up nine best on grounds, six two votes and three one votes.
The talented all-round sportsman represented Cricket Albury-Wodonga Country earlier this year.
In the under 17s, Osborne’s Jacob Chant edged out Lockhart’s Oscar Smyth by three votes.
Demon stalwart Josh Firman added another achievement to his decorated career by taking out the reserve grade count.
He finished six clear of Osborne’s Mick Gleeson.
In the netball, Henty’s Georgia Luhrs won the A grade best and fairest from BB Saint Lauren Kerrins and Jindera’s Sharna Holland.
Luhrs won by five votes.
In B grade, Howlong’s Alicia Murphy pipped Diana Friedrich.
Jindera’s Kristin Nisbet took out C grade, Rand-Walbundrie veteran Megan Kohlhagen won C reserve, Tiger Brittni Williams romped to victory in the under-16s, Henty’s Vashti Muller took out the under-14s and Osborne’s Imogen McAlister won the under-12s.
