Police caught drink and drug drivers and a probationary driver with a high-powered vehicle last weekend.
Several roads were covered in burnout marks, revellers tore off a toilet block door and set it alight, and a light tower was pushed over.
Winton Motor Raceway chief executive Wayne Williams said some of the 6000 attendees had become unruly after getting drunk.
“It will all be done under stricter supervision next year,” he said.
“We beefed up security and we’re going to increase it again next year.
“We will try to get a better quality of car and competitors, which will hopefully filter down to the spectators as well.”
Cars will be searched for alcohol and drugs and people have been blacklisted.
