Turnbull's 'to do' list in a land of optimism

Former Prime Minister Paul Keating once described his time as treasurer as "running a course in economics for the nation".  His job, he said, was to first teach them how the economy worked and then explain why the Australian public would be required to ride out all manner of unsettling changes: floating the dollar, scrapping tariffs, wage restraint, massive changes to awards and his greatest legacy, compulsory superannuation.
