After leading by 35 points at the 12-minute-mark of the third quarter, a nightmare looked set to unfold for the Saints as Henty slammed on six unanswered goals to grab the lead early in the final term.
But the 2013 premiers regrouped and late goals to Jarrod Hillary and John Roy Williams sealed a remarkable victory.
The colours red, white and black could be seen everywhere at Walbundrie Sportsground on Saturday for the Hume league grand final.
It was no surprise given Brock-Burrum Saints had five out of seven netball sides and its seniors football side playing on the day.
The A grade netballers took home their first premiership in more than a decade and it was their first success since the two clubs merged in 2006.
It was the first year at the club for co-coach Janna Tait who could not have been happier with the win.
She said the premiership was won by far more than just the ten girls who stepped out onto the court.
