Incoming coach Dylan Wright will not be at the helm in the foreseeable future, with work commitments said to be in the way of his ability to coach the team.
A leadership group will lead the club for the opening few rounds, until a new senior coach is announced.
Speculation regarding former Wodonga Raiders coach Josh Warren-Marmo joining Belvoir has also been circulating, however the club couldn't confirm whether the star batsman would be playing for them on Saturday.
Warren-Marmo has been linked to a number of clubs since departing the Raiders, but is yet to find a permanent home.
Belvoir has also secured the services of Scarborough's Jack Holt.
Holt will be a handy addition to their fast bowling stocks, joining Nathalia's Matt Jaensch and Barnawartha's Cam McCormack.
