The event at Gateway Village is a collaborative project of Border services and is part of Mental Health Month.
It will run from 8am to noon alongside the Hume Murray Farmers Market.
Life Without Barriers mental health program manager Rohan Willett said the festival was designed to tackle mental health through community education.
“It’s important for people to learn to recognise the symptoms for themselves or in others, and to be vigilant in following up,” he said.
Information displays will be complemented by activities such as mindfulness sessions, meditation, a photo booth and face painting.
