Managing director James Chirnside said the events are aimed at assisting those unable to attend the company's annual meeting in Melbourne on Friday.
"We are proud of the fact that we are based in Corryong and want to ensure the community is fully aware of our future directions,” Mr Chirnside said.
“We will be unveiling our future plans and developments at the AGM and at the community briefings.
“We believe we are creating a number of opportunities that will benefit our company, our shareholders and our community.”
Dart has been exploring for minerals at its Unicorn project near Corryong.
The AGM will be held on Friday at Collins Street Tower from 11am.
Wodonga's briefing will be at TAFEspace from 5.30pm Monday and the Corryong Youth Hall will host an event from 6.30pm Tuesday.
