Police had appealed for public assistance to help locate 51-year-old, Louise Freund.
She was last seen refuelling her car at a service station on Parfitt Road, Wangaratta, about 10.20am on Monday morning.
Police and Louise’s family had concerns for her welfare as she suffered from a medical condition that requires medication.
Sergeant Paul Purcell, of Wangaratta police, confirmed Ms Freund was in good health after being found at 1.30pm.
“She just gone up to hospital to make sure she’s OK,” he said.
Police had released a photograph and description of the woman and her car on Wednesday morning in the hope someone would have information on her whereabouts.
