Mr Levesque is survived by his wife Kym and his four children. 

"We regret to advise that Tim Levesque has passed away in Albury Base Hospital this morning. His family made the heartbreaking decision to turn off his life support shortly after 9.00am,” a press release said. 

"Staff have been informed of the sad news.

"There will be a further statement on behalf of the SS&A board to come soon.

"Thank you in advance for your patience, concern and co-operation."
