That was revealed when the man appeared briefly in Albury Local Court via a video link to Junee jail.
The court heard the man – who cannot be identified because he is related to the girl – was already facing 26 charges.
These include 11 counts of incite aggravated indecency where the victim is less than 16 and under the authority of the offender and 10 counts of aggravated sexual intercourse with a person aged between 10 and 14.
The man is further charged with two counts of using a child under 14 to make child abuse material and two counts of aggravated indecency where the victim is less than 16 and under the authority of the offender.
The man did not enter a plea when he made an appearance before magistrate Tony Murray.
He was further remanded in custody to front the court by video link on December 14.
