Indigo Shire transfer stations free to fire victims
The Temporary Transfer Station sites at Yackandandah and Chiltern are open today, Tuesday 22 December, and tomorrow from 8am to 12 noon for free disposal of green waste only.

Other material will need to be taken to the Transfer Stations at Beechworth or Rutherglen.
Beechworth and Rutherglen Transfer Stations will both be open today and tomorrow from 8am to 12 noon for receipt of all normal goods.
There will be no charge for any fire clean-up material or for residents cleaning up properties in the face of the current fire threat.
Normal Transfer Station services at Beechworth and Rutherglen will resume on Saturday 26 December.
