With the festival theme A Sense of Place, the Dal Zotto family felt they had something worth celebrating.
Since emigrating from Italy, Otto and Elena Dal Zotto have made a place for themselves in the North East.
Otto pioneered prosecco, pinot grigio and sangiovese in the King Valley and sons Michael and Christian continue the tradition.
Set under 140-year-old gum trees, the long lunch will offer a five-course menu and wines on Friday, March 4, 12-4pm.
Participants include Douglas Elder, Brown Brothers All Saints Estate; Anthony Simone, Simone’s of Bright; Scion, Rutherglen; Adam Pizzini, Rinaldo’s Casa Cucina; Sorrenberg, Beechworth; Mark Manson, Dal Zotto Trattoria; Project 49, Beechworth; Michael White, Sam Miranda King Valley; Pizzini Wines; Prosecco Road Prosecco producers; Bailey’s of Glenrowan; Bridge Road Brewers; Ringer Reef.
