The footage was filmed at Rowers Park on Australia Day and has disappointed police members.
Officers and paramedics attended the park four or five times during the day and night as drunken young people fought each other.
Sergeant Andrew Robertson said police had moved groups of people on from the area due to anti-social behaviour.
“To be honest, we’re extremely disappointed and the community should be as well,” he said.
“It’s great to celebrate Australia Day and be with friends but if you’re drinking to excess, which leads to anti-social behaviour and incidents, it’s disappointing.
“That’s disappointing not only for police but also for those who are doing the right thing and simply want to enjoy the day.”
The footage, which was posted to Facebook by a young female user and later removed, shows people pushing each other.
A man runs in from the side and charges another person, and appears to hit him in the head before punching him on the ground.
People can be heard shouting in the background as the fight escalates.
The video was viewed more than 6100 times before it was pulled.
Sergeant Robertson said police were not investigating as no-one had reported the assaults or other incidents to officers.
But he encouraged victims to come forward.
“Police broke up numerous fights during the evening and moved a lot of people on,” Sergeant Robertson said.
“If anyone has been assaulted and wants to report any matters, please contact Corowa police and we will commence investigations.”
He said no-one had been seriously injured.
“A lot of people gather and meet up in that area,” Sergeant Robertson said.
“There are a lot of holidaymakers.
“We certainly don’t want to discourage anyone from socialising, as long as they do it responsibly.”
It's believed there are similar videos circulating on social media of other incidents.
